• Asset, obligation, and insurance tracking

• Scenario modeling and financial planning tools
• AI-powered document analysis and natural language queries

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

• Plaid— for bank account connectivity. Your use of Plaid is subject to Plaid's terms and privacy policy.
• AI Services (Anthropic) — for document analysis and natural language processing. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALVERDA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Calverda LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your Data or content you submit to the Service

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain Your Data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, but will otherwise delete it in accordance with our data retention policies.
